OCTA makes clean, science-backed supplements for fighters, runners, lifters, hybrid athletes, and high-output people who train with intent. Our formulas are built to support real performance — not trends, hype, or underdosed label claims.

Yes. We believe you should know exactly what you’re taking. No mystery formulas. No proprietary blends hiding weak doses. What’s on the label is there for a reason.
Our products are manufactured in facilities that follow current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). We prioritize quality, consistency, and sourcing standards that support a premium finished product.

No. We do not hide behind proprietary blends. We believe athletes deserve full label transparency.
No. Combat sports are part of our DNA, but OCTA is built for any athlete or hard-training individual who values performance, discipline, and clean supplementation.
We do not use any banned substances/ingredients in our formulations and manufacture our products in a banned substance free certified facility. We are in the process of obtaining substance free certifications for each individual product.
Orders
We begin processing orders quickly, so changes or cancellations are not guaranteed. If you need help, contact us at info@octanutrition.com as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before your order is fulfilled.
Please contact us immediately at info@octanutrition.com. If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we may be able to update the shipping address. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping
Most in-stock orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during launches, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods.
Shipping times vary based on the carrier, shipping method selected, and delivery destination. Once your order has shipped, delivery timing is determined by the carrier.
International shipping may be available for select destinations. If international shipping is available at checkout, your location is currently supported. Please note that customers are responsible for confirming that the products ordered can be legally imported into their country and for any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees.
Carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, customs processing, and address issues can all affect delivery times. Once a package leaves our facility, shipping timing is largely in the hands of the carrier.
Returns + Refunds
Eligible returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. To qualify, items must be new, unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all original packaging and labels intact and the original safety seal unbroken.
No. For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or have a broken safety seal.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@octanutrition.comas soon as possible after receiving your order. Please include your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.
International orders are generally considered final sale, unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Subscription
Subscriptions let you receive your products automatically on a recurring schedule so you never run out. You’ll be billed at the interval you choose, and your order will be processed automatically unless you make changes before the next charge date.
Yes. You can usually skip an upcoming order through your subscription account portal before the next billing date.

No, you can usually check out as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track orders, manage subscriptions, and save your information.
