Thank you for shopping with OCTA Nutrition.

We work to process and ship orders as quickly, accurately, and safely as possible. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email. When your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping and delivery estimates depend on product availability, order volume, the shipping method selected at checkout, and the destination of the shipment.

Order Processing

Orders for in-stock items typically ship within 1–2 business days.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may be longer during product launches, promotions, holidays, or other high-volume periods.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order, the shipping method selected, and the delivery destination, excluding applicable taxes.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $99 after discounts and promotional codes have been applied.

Free shipping applies to the lower 48 states only, unless otherwise stated.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available for select destinations.

By placing an order for delivery outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for confirming that the products ordered can be legally imported into your country. You are also responsible for any duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, or other import-related charges unless otherwise collected at checkout.

OCTA Nutrition is not responsible for customs delays, clearance issues, import restrictions, delivery delays caused by international shipping processes, or shipments refused or returned due to customs issues or address errors provided at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may not be available for shipment to certain locations. We reserve the right to restrict or cancel orders based on destination, product type, or shipping limitations.
