Returns, Exchanges & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with OCTA Nutrition.

We want you to feel confident ordering from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, eligible items may be returned in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

Eligible returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.

To qualify for a return, items must be new, unused, unopened, and in original condition, with all original packaging and labels intact and the original safety seal unbroken.

For safety reasons, we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, tampered with, or returned without prior authorization.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact info@octanutrition.com before sending your item back. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as OCTA Nutrition is not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. If approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation and product availability.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at info@octanutrition.com as soon as possible after receiving your order.

To help us review and resolve the issue, please include your full name, order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping box.

Refunds

Once your authorized return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow a reasonable processing period for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where we determine that the issue was caused by us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • opened products
  • used products
  • products with a broken safety seal
  • sale or promotional items
  • gift cards, if applicable
  • international orders

International Orders

All international orders are considered final sale unless the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We are not responsible for refunds or replacements for orders impacted by customs restrictions, import refusals, country-specific regulations, or other international shipping issues outside our control.
